COMPANIONSHIP CARE

Nurse at Home understands that, in addition to physical assistance, our people frequently require emotional support.

Providing social companionship can give you the peace of mind that someone will be there for you if you need it. It can give you the confidence to go out and about, or it can keep you company and provide some conversation while they help you with household chores.

Our companionship services also provide much-needed peace of mind to family members who may not be able to spend as much time with you as they would like due to work or other obligations. It can be upsetting for family members who live far away to imagine their loved ones alone at home, with no one to help them around the house or drive them to the shops to get provisions.

Loneliness has been linked to a variety of health issues and illnesses, and it can have a negative impact on one's health and well-being. A home care companion can provide you with a friendly face, a helping hand with chores or assistance at getting to appointments.
